  • Orders within Pakistan: Processing time is 1-2 business days.
  • International Orders: Processing time is 2-4 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Time & Charges

Within Pakistan

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (Charges vary based on weight & location).
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (Additional charges apply).
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above PKR 4,000.

International Shipping

  • Delivery time varies between 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment's progress.
